Branding a Family-owned
Janitorial Company

Garner’s Janitorial is a family-owned and operated commercial janitorial company that has served San Diego for the past 20 years. George and Brandon Garner work together, providing their cleaning services to restaurants and corporate office buildings all over the county. George approached Robertson Branding to develop his brand by building brand awareness through updating his look and utilizing paid ads.

The Goal

The goal set for Garner’s Janitorial was to create a trademark identity that was light-hearted and approachable, communicating what the business had to offer. In addition to the visual identity, Garner’s Janitorial wanted to build its presence on the web and utilize social media to gather leads on new contracts.

Our Solution & Results

Our solution for the father/son team was to create an identity that encompassed the character of a family-owned business but fostered a professional feel. In addition, we administered the design and development of a company website that would nurture new leads and educate visitors about their services. Robertson Branding also launched a social media campaign using paid ads to aid in lead generation.

As a result of Robertson Branding’s efforts, Garners Janitorial increased its reach and engagement rates on social media, resulting in new leads and contracts.
